Terms and Conditions for Grazing Good

Welcome to Grazing Good! Our mobile catering and charcuterie services aim to provide high-quality food and an exceptional experience. By using our website, services, or purchasing from us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand our policies and procedures, and also your rights and obligations.

General Information

  • Grazing Good provides mobile catering and charcuterie services for events, gatherings, and personal occasions.
  • All orders and services are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline services or products at our discretion.

Booking and Payment

  1. Payment Policy: All orders require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event. We accept payments via all major cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  2. Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposits.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellations made 30 days before the event dates are eligible for a refund of the deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this timeframe.
  2. Grazing Good reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will receive full refunds in such cases.

Food Allergies and Safety

  1. Grazing Good strives to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies. However, our food is prepared in facilities that handle common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy,      gluten). We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
  2. Customers must inform us of any dietary requirements at least 14 days in advance.
  3. Grazing Good is not liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or damage resulting from our services or the consumption of our food. Customers agree to this condition      upon booking.
  4. Our food is freshly prepared and delivered under strict food safety guidelines. However, once the food has been delivered or served, Grazing Good is not responsible for its handling or storage. Customers assume responsibility for food storage and consumption after delivery.

Delivery and Event Coordination

  1. Grazing Good endeavors to deliver all orders on time. While we will make every effort to arrive promptly and adhere to schedules, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather conditions) may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and will      communicate any changes promptly.
  2. We are not responsible for food or items once they have been delivered to your event location or designated recipient.

Liability

  1. Grazing Good is not liable for damages, injuries, or illnesses resulting from the consumption of our food or misuse of our services.
  2. Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring proper storage and handling of food      post-delivery and agree to this condition upon booking.

Intellectual Property

  1. All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Grazing Good. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Privacy

          1. Grazing Good values your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be used         solely for processing your order and delivering services. 


Changes to Terms

Grazing Good reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review our terms periodically.
