Charcuterie Classes
Host a Charcuterie Class for your group!
Our classes are SO fun for groups of all kinds! From birthdays to employee team building, girls nights to church social events...show up, relax, learn fun skills like how to easily cut soft cheeses, make salami roses, pair flavors, and create a board that is as gorgeous as it is delicious! You bring the drinks, I'll bring the food!
Here are the details:
For $50/person, charcuterie classes include:
-30 minute presentation on the history of charcuterie and presentation demos/tips. (Powerpoint available if you have A/V equipment, but not required)
-All food and equipment.
-Handout with tips, tricks, and reminders of what we learned.
-Curated link to tools and implements we discussed in class.
-Participants go home with a finished charcuterie board, cutting board, and paring knife.
-Hosts participate for FREE if you have at least other 8 participants.

Stroopwafel - a Classic Dutch Cookie!
Many of you know that one half of our awesome business duo, Marco, is originally from the Netherlands. That means he has introduced Elaine to the AMAZING snack foods the Netherlands has to offer, including Stroopwafel!
If you haven't tried it already, this is a classic wafel cookie with a caramel filling that is to DIE for. And if you haven't had it fresh and hot....well friends...just wait! You will be transported.
Our big goal for 2026 is to expand our business and offer HOT and FRESH Stroopwafel at events around the Memphis area! We'll make these amazing cookies right in front of you, in a variety of sizes and flavors!
But y'all...the equipment ain't cheap. At a minimum, we need waffle irons, sauce warmers, and sinks. Our big big goal is a food truck! To help us there, we want to offer our customers a chance to have a discount for LIFE (you read that right!)
